- Method and legal ground: Data is collected electronically through our website and platform, based on performance of a contract, legitimate interest, legal obligations, and your explicit consent where required
2. Your Rights Under Article 11
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and deletion or destruction of your data
- Object to a result arising against you through exclusively automated analysis
- Request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing

You can submit your KVKK requests in writing to hello@aureliax.co. We respond within 30 days at the latest, free of charge, as required by law.
